Note： High season is from Jul to Oct. and from Dec. to Mar. of the next year, please book your trip earlier! Low season is from Mar. to May and from Oct. to Nov., it is cheaper for hotels and etc.

Our service including:
Airport pick up in Kenya
1.Hotel Room fees(When Single Room is required, price difference is paid by guest).
2.tourist bus, 6-7people per bus.
3.Chinese Tourist guide
4.Three meals per day, western food on site, Chinese food in Nairobi.
5.Tickets for normal landscape sites.
Our service NOT including:
1.Passport, visa application
2.All laundry, phone call, telegraph, and fees for private activities.
3.Tips for tourist guide is USD 5/day.
4.Airport tax, insurance for flight and none listed extra landscape site.
5.fees caused by incontrollable events, i.e. traffic jam, strike, weather, personal delay.
6.The guest is of full responsibility when he (she) can't join the trip on time due to personal reasons.

Please Note:
1.The meals in airport is paid by guest.
2.Detailed schedule of trip and Hotel might be relocated on the same level accroding to local situation.
3.Exra fees during the trip caused by none controllable, none stoppable factors is paid by guests.
Payment and Cancellation:
1.30% of total fees shall be paid after confirmation of trip，the rest is due before flight booking.
2.In case of cancellation, a penalty is based on
1)36 days before arrival, no penalty.
2)22-36 days before arrival, 20% penalty of total fees.
2)05-21 days before arrival, 30% penalty of total fees.
2)00-05 days before arrival, 50% penalty of total fees.
